Have you ever heard the expression “No man is an island”? The idea is that we are not isolated no matter how much we might wish to be. We are all a part of mankind. As we buy food and earn our income we do so by our relationships with the rest of the world. Many people try their best to cut themselves off from the rest of the world. They might work from home so they don’t need to interact with colleagues, they might order food deliveries so they do not need to navigate a supermarket and grow their own crops and vegetables, but they still need to buy seeds and fertiliser, there still needs to be someone at Tesco to accept their order and someone to deliver it to them. If we were entirely alone we would work tirelessly for days just to produce a few vegetables a day to eat and we would not have time to know of anything outside of our immediate land.

The same is true of spirituality. We are exploring the undiscovered country; from where few have returned before; the unknown. If we want to get anywhere we need to have guides that we can trust and entities with abilities different to our own. In order to get anything done, just like a person in a medieval marketplace we will need to find entities that can offer trades in things we cannot do for ourselves.

All this is about familiarity with our tools, our spirit friends, our spiritual worlds and more.

The first part in this process is getting to know the Elemental Kings. Djin King of the fire element who exemplifies fire in perfect balance, Paralda the king of air who is the most balanced of air, Niksa the king of the water element who is water in perfect balance incarnate and finally, Ghob the king of earth who is extols the perfect of Earth.

You can get to know them while perfectly balancing yourself.
